Territory Manager, Eye Care - Inland Empire, CA

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed corporate objectives in designated territory
• Cultivate strong relationships with Eye Care Professionals (ECP) and represent company vision
• Utilize disease knowledge and market insights to identify business opportunities
• Deliver education-focused messaging to ECP accounts about disease states
• Collaborate closely with internal partners and field leadership for customer insights
• Implement effective territory business planning to uncover growth opportunities
• Adhere to compliance standards while demonstrating integrity in all interactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical, medical, or related sales experience
• Proven success in sales with strong technical knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM databases
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Able to meet access requirements for healthcare facilities and offices
• Eye care experience preferred, but not mandatory
