Responsibilities
- Manage client communications and ensure smooth workflow
- Support clinical teams with administrative tasks
- Collaborate with insurance companies to facilitate coverage and payment processes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, or related field
- Experience in healthcare administration or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Experience with healthcare software and databases
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
