About the role

The Territory Manager at Stanley Access Technologies is responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, managing projects, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. This role requires a combination of project management skills, excellent communication, and a passion for safety and security.

Responsibilities

  • Met regularly with assigned client accounts, by phone or in person.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for the client and may coordinate the work of client service teams.
  • Evaluate client needs and propose potential solutions.
  • Identify and escalate cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
  • Provide client training or basic support.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers for opportunities to procure Stanley products in Healthcare, Retail, Government & Commercial properties.
  • Develop relationships with property managers, hospitals, contractors, glaziers, hardware suppliers, and owners.
  • Review all relevant plans, specifications, and job site conditions to formulate competitive quotations.
  • Work in custom bid module in Salesforce to generate quotes and manage customer base.
  • Work closely with branch personnel to schedule equipment delivery and installation.
  • Collaborate with the credit department to secure terms and ensure timely payment after job completion.
  • Stay involved with customer satisfaction issues after the sale and installation.
  • Timely and accurate weekly reports and participation in weekly digital calls.
  • Pre-sell our products to architects through planning stage documents.
  • Call on Architects & Specification Writers to educate them on our product.
  • Perform other assignments in support of the sales operations as requested by Regional Sales & Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • At least 6 years of project management or similar experience.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (both oral and written).
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Candidate must live in the Atlanta, GA area.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This position offers a flexible remote work arrangement, with occasional on-site visits as needed based on the role.
