About the role
Meet and exceed territory volume growth objectives by developing new accounts and increasing business in existing accounts. Build relationships with medical practices, treatment centers, and other healthcare providers and serve as a trusted, strategic partner with a focus on growth and building long-term client relationships. Manage your book of business with face-to-face travel within your region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical practices, treatment centers, and other healthcare providers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Provide objective information about patients' recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs through testing services
- Collaborate with Millennium Health's expert clinical team and laboratory to ensure best-in-class support, quality, performance, and accountability
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Compliance policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensure adherence to administrative, physical, and technical cyber security controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a four-year, accredited university
- 2+ years of demonstrated track record of continued, progressive sales success in healthcare
- Strong cold calling and closing skills
- Prior experience in pain management preferred
- Uncompromising ethics and integrity
- CRM experience (preferably Sales Force)
- Comfortable using a range of technology platforms while on the road
- Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office
- Ability to travel overnight within the territory and attend conferences and company meetings
- Ability to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to
- Ability to ensure administrative, physical and technical cyber security controls are always adhered to
Qualifications
A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a four-year, accredited university. This is a full-time, field-based position offered by Millennium Health.

Pay
Includes a competitive base salary, uncapped monthly commissions, vehicle stipend, and mileage reimbursement.
