Territory Executive - Illinois

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Territory Executive - Illinois to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role is focused on growing revenue across a defined territory by building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and uncovering expansion opportunities in mid-sized accounts. You will partner closely with customer decision-makers, internal teams, and technical stakeholders to drive upsell and cross-sell motion while delivering measurable business value. Success in this position will depend on disciplined territory planning, strong pipeline management, and a consultative approach to enterprise selling.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by expanding revenue in mid-sized accounts through upsell and cross-sell motions.
• Build and maintain consultative relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify expansion opportunities and customer priorities.
• Champion the adoption of the company's operations platform to provide measurable business value.
• Manage and forecast your sales pipeline accurately using Salesforce and the MEDDICC framework.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or expansion-selling roles within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding quota within a defined territory.
• Strong ability to sell to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline management and forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay

$105,000 – $126,500 annually
