Responsibilities
- Takes pride in representing Baxter and our products.
- Builds successful collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
- Collaborates with internal business partners to strategically leverage the service portfolio.
- Identifies and influences key decision makers at healthcare facilities.
- Drives profitable sales growth of all service solutions.
- Supports customer education and maintains individual industry regulatory knowledge.
- Builds successful high-level relationships and demonstrates influencing skills.
- Manages the sales funnel and implements a comprehensive sales targeting plan.
- Works collaboratively with other sales contributors, service, and corporate partners.
- Facilitates inventory and assessment of customer-owned equipment.
- Conducts negotiations with health care providers.
- Prepares, analyzes, and develops proposals for new sales.
- Ensures profitability of proposals and implementation plans.
- Maintains individual industry regulatory knowledge and technical product knowledge.
- Uses the solutions selling process effectively.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the solutions selling process.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of Baxter's HRC portfolio and service solutions.

- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Benefits
The estimated base pay range for this position is $60,000 - $82,500 annually, with additional opportunity to earn sales incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
