Responsibilities

  • Lead and foster our “people first” culture.
  • Serve as a primary contact for major home improvement retailers in their territory.
  • Regular and consistent in-store visits along with in-aisle execution and merchandising of Trex product.
  • Offer product knowledge training for retail store associates, expand relationships, and increase sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree along with at least one year of work experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Candidates without a bachelor’s degree will be required to have at least 2 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.

Qualifications

  • Experience with safety protocols and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies.
