Responsibilities
- Lead and foster our “people first” culture.
- Serve as a primary contact for major home improvement retailers in their territory.
- Regular and consistent in-store visits along with in-aisle execution and merchandising of Trex product.
- Offer product knowledge training for retail store associates, expand relationships, and increase sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree along with at least one year of work experience with a proven track record of success.
- Candidates without a bachelor’s degree will be required to have at least 2 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Qualifications
- Experience with safety protocols and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies.
