About the role
We’re seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to develop and execute impactful promotion strategies that boost client retention and engagement in Maine’s vibrant industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams to understand client goals and craft tailored promotional initiatives.
- Ensure seamless deployment of campaigns, adherence to budget constraints, and compliance with legal standards.
- Support new deployments, identify opportunities for expansion, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail.
- Quickly adapt to changing priorities and maintain a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of marketing strategies, CRM operations, and promotional planning.
- High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the gaming industry, including industry KPIs and targets.
- Experience with content management and marketing automation tools.
- Additional certifications in marketing, project management, or related fields.
