Responsibilities
- Support and execute the URG Marketing Plan as directed by the URG Director of Marketing and the Sales Team Manager.
- Identify opportunities to build demand for services while working with & growing relationships with referring physicians and organizations.
- Develop relationships and document activities through the use of call reports, expense reports, and CRM database.
- Manage call list and grow existing client list through scheduled appointments and “cold” calls.
- Strive for 10 to 15 contacts per day, focusing on face-to-face contact.
- Educate referring offices and promote URG radiology services by utilizing all issued educational marketing material.
- Network and build relationships with patients and the physician/medical community through events like luncheons and dinners.
- Generate and analyze Monthly Referral Reports for trends and monitor physician referrals.
- Identify and address potential issues, document them in call reports/CRM, and report problem areas to Sales Team Leader and Director of Marketing.
- Analyze Monthly Referral reports for ROI and document in Monthly Activity Report.
- Register non-viewing physicians on PACS, train them, and manage EMR connectivity.
- Identify and discuss potential opportunities to increase demand for URG services with Sales Manager.
- Document competition's strengths, weaknesses, and capabilities and provide recommendations to Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5-10 years’ experience as a healthcare sales professional.
- Spanish speaking preferred.

- Positive can-do attitude towards customers, coworkers, management & patients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to recognize potential problems and provide fast solutions.
- Proficient computer skills in software such as MS Excel, Outlook, CRM, database manipulation, and report generating.
- Strong ability to perform many tasks simultaneously.
- Well-groomed, outgoing, approachable, and personable personality.
- Available and willing to travel within the tristate area.
- Own a reliable vehicle and possess a good driving record.
