- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.
- Respond to customer requests for equipment rentals and assist with delivery and setup.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Pass a background check and drug test.
