  • Respond to customer requests for equipment rentals and assist with delivery and setup.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Pass a background check and drug test.
