Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service
  • Operate and maintain equipment in accordance with safety standards
  • Ensure equipment is available for rent on time
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in equipment operation and maintenance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in equipment rental or related field
  • Knowledge of industry-specific equipment and operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
