Higharc seeks accomplished Territory Account Managers to support regional homebuilders.
Responsibilities
- Build a network of regional homebuilders through established industry experience and relationships.
- Own the full sales cycle for regional homebuilders, from intro to close, focusing on understanding construction plans, workflows, and technology improvements.
- Run prospecting and attend events where builders gather, speaking confidently about construction plans and workflows and showing product value clearly.
- Train on the platform and demo approach, delivering clear, workflow-driven demos in plain language.
- Manage a fast, transactional sales cycle, handling objections, telling ROI stories, and following up to keep deals moving.
- Act as a hybrid sales engineer and portfolio guide, tailoring conversations to regional builders and grounding recommendations in reality.
- Build pipeline through targeted outreach and community engagement, including partner relationships, HBAs, regional builder groups, and industry events.
- Surface trends and competitive insights to refine messaging, demo approach, and commercial strategy.
- Maintain a strong feedback loop with Product Management to inform roadmap priorities based on field insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years in homebuilding, residential construction, building products, or related fields.
- End-to-end sales experience (Customer Success and/or Sales Engineering experience a plus).
- Track record of exceeding expectations in quota-driven roles.
- A wide local network eager to tap into.
- A knack for being scrappy: building new motions in a scaling company requires influence, entrepreneurship, and quick pivots.
- Able to learn software quickly and absorb new workflows fast.
- Eagerness to meet builders in person and engage confidently with senior decision-makers.
- A willingness to travel locally/regionally (up to 25%).
