About the Role

The Territory Account Manager serves as the face of Briggs Industrial Solutions within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering equipment and solutions that help customers succeed while driving company growth and market share.

Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and manage strong customer relationships while expanding market share and profitability.
• Identify opportunities, design smart solutions, and close deals across new and existing accounts.
• Promote and sell new and used equipment, parts, service, and rental within the territory.
• Stay connected to the market by strengthening product knowledge, tracking competitors, and supporting company events.

Qualifications

• Customer‑first mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Sales experience with complex or capital equipment, ideally within warehouse or industrial environments.
• Solid business judgment, financial awareness, and the ability to turn insight into action.
• Comfort using CRM tools and Microsoft Office to stay organized and accountable.
