Territory Account Manager
About the role
RUCKUS Networks is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive revenue, increase market share, and build strong customer and partner relationships in the West territory. This role involves executing the sales go-to-market strategy and collaborating with channel partners to enhance sales and channel functions.
Responsibilities
- Execute the sales go-to-market strategy
- Work with channel partners to apply a hands-on approach to driving sales and channel functions
- Develop and drive the execution of a territory account plan that includes working with partners and internal specialists to increase win rate
- Manage the account planning process through scheduled reviews and updates
- Proactively manage growth opportunities using the account planning process
- Cultivate relationships with channel partners to bring a channel-centric go-to-market approach to customers
- Follow a structured sales process and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle
- Provide weekly updates on forecast methodologies and demonstrate proficiency in MEDDICC and SFDC
- Manage excellent Sales Force hygiene and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Experience working with IT and/or networking and wireless products
- Establishes a professional working relationship up to the executive level with clients and prospects
- Presents technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives
- Proficient in forecasting methodologies and provides regular updates
- Excellent time management skills and works independently with high levels of autonomy
- Fluent in English
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven track record in sales, technical sales, or a related field
- Technical aptitude in IP networking and wireless products, software solutions, and service offerings
- Self-starter with a positive track record of delivering and exceeding revenue goals
- Experience presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences
- Proficient in MEDDICC and SFDC forecast methodologies
- Fluency in English language is mandatory

Pay
This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $150,000.00 - $250,000.00.
