About the role
We are a leading home services company seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand and support our Real Estate Services Group throughout the Southern Chicagoland area.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate offices and agents
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct daily one-on-one sales presentations
- Schedule and host office presentations and Lunch & Learn events
- Attend networking events within the real estate community
- Educate partners on warranty products, programs, and processes
- Distribute marketing materials and ensure offices remain stocked
- Manage and update CRM activity daily
- Generate referrals and expand territory relationships
- Support onboarding and ongoing account management needs
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity goals
Qualifications
- Required: Existing book of business within Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title industries
- Required: 3+ years of successful sales, recruiting, or account management experience
- Required: 2+ years of proven direct sales success as a top performer
- Preferred: Previous experience in Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title industries
- Preferred: Comfortable meeting with clients face-to-face daily
- Preferred: Strong follow-through and organizational skills
- Preferred: Positive, professional, and relationship-focused
- Preferred: Passionate about growing business through networking and referrals
