About the role

We are a leading home services company seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand and support our Real Estate Services Group throughout the Southern Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate offices and agents
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct daily one-on-one sales presentations
  • Schedule and host office presentations and Lunch & Learn events
  • Attend networking events within the real estate community
  • Educate partners on warranty products, programs, and processes
  • Distribute marketing materials and ensure offices remain stocked
  • Manage and update CRM activity daily
  • Generate referrals and expand territory relationships
  • Support onboarding and ongoing account management needs
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity goals

Qualifications

  • Required: Existing book of business within Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title industries
  • Required: 3+ years of successful sales, recruiting, or account management experience
  • Required: 2+ years of proven direct sales success as a top performer
  • Preferred: Previous experience in Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title industries
  • Preferred: Comfortable meeting with clients face-to-face daily
  • Preferred: Strong follow-through and organizational skills
  • Preferred: Positive, professional, and relationship-focused
  • Preferred: Passionate about growing business through networking and referrals
