What You’ll Do
- Own and execute a territory sales strategy focused on prescribers, specialty clinics, infusion centers, and hospital systems
- Build strong referral relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners
- Educate providers on LUX Infusion’s home‑based and suite‑based infusion services and comprehensive patient support model
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with clinical, operations, and intake teams to support patient onboarding and complex cases
- Track pipeline activity, referral growth, and performance metrics using CRM tools
- Bring accountability, consistency, and follow‑through to every provider interaction
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or at least five (5) years of relevant sales experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Comfort in a fast‑paced, field‑based sales role with significant face‑to‑face engagement
- Experience selling complex healthcare or clinical solutions
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and strategic thinking skills
- Motivation rooted in patient‑centered selling and long‑term provider partnerships
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Pay
$80,000 USD – $110,000 USD
