About the role

Pest Control Technician - Termite Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician - Termite to provide comprehensive service to residential and commercial pest control customers using an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM).

Responsibilities

  • Provide pest control services using an IPM approach.
  • Apply wood destroying organism treatments and techniques such as termite bait station installation, trenching, drilling, and spray application.
  • Prepare sites for treatment by removing and hauling off debris as prescribed.
  • Collect service payments from customers and answer their questions patiently.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
  • Work at least 40 hours per week.
  • No prior experience necessary. Training provided to the right candidate.

  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Pass background checks.

The position is paid at an hourly rate.
