Termite Inspector / Pest Control Inside Sales
About the role
Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Termite Inspector to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers. This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections and evaluations of customer properties for Wood Destroying Organisms and other pest problems
- Properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions
- Determine opportunities for additional services
- Propose and sell services to supplement earnings with commissions
- Represent Stark Exterminators in the communities served
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain the company’s reputation for going beyond the call

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess current driver’s license
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
- No experience necessary — we will train the right person
