About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems are reliable, secure, and efficient.Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with developers and other IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to support business objectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in IT.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize complex IT environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of network architecture and design principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Technical proficiency in IT management and operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
