About the role

The Terminal Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the company’s terminals, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee terminal operations to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Manage staff and resources to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Resolve operational issues and emergencies in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in terminal management or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage teams and resolve complex problems.
• Experience with safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
