Responsibilities
- Manage terminal operations to ensure efficient passenger flow.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all passengers and staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or operations role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- First aid certification preferred.
