We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description is a paragraph. We need headings: About the role (maybe not needed if description is generic). The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section only when posting has real specific content. We have description (Job Description) which is a paragraph describing duties. Could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". The description includes many duties; we could put under "Responsibilities". Also "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Also "Total Compensation & Benefits" includes salary and benefits. Also "Work Schedule" is given: Standard College Hours: M-F, 8:30am-5pm; Classes as Scheduled with Required Office Hours. So we can have Schedule section. Pay: we have salary info: Target Hiring Rate/Salary: $58,165 with B.A. plus 30 semester hours (45 quarter credits) or M.A. degree; Education less than or more than stated will affect minimum salary. This salary reflects a nine (9) month contract period. Faculty can work during summer sessions to earn additional wages. So we can have Pay section. Benefits: described: comprehensive and flexible benefits package comprised of paid time off, affordable medical/dental/vision plan coverage, disability benefits, life/accidental/critical illness insurance, State Teachers Retirement System and other retirement plan options. Coverage for dependents, spouses and domestic partners is also available. So Benefits section. We also have Special Note about residing in Ohio, but that's maybe not a standard heading; could be included in About the role or maybe as a note. But we should not invent sections; we can include it in a paragraph under About the role or maybe under Requirements? It's a condition of employment; could be included in About the role. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove Special Instructions to Applicants? That's application instructions, should be removed. Also remove Recruitment Type, Requisition ID, etc. Also remove Department, Location, Reports To, etc? Those are metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Probably we can include a short paragraph with Department, Location, Reports To? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with Department, Location, Reports To, Employment Type, Union Position, etc. But we need to decide if we want to keep that info. It's minor metadata; we can include a short paragraph at top. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all substantive content from description, qualifications, compensation, benefits, schedule, special note about residing in Ohio, maybe also note about tenure track, full-time, etc. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). So no heading for job title. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's structure:

Department: Nursing | Location: College-Wide | Reports To: Assoc Dean, Nursing-W&WS | Employment Type: Full-Time Faculty | Union Position: Union | Work Schedule: Standard College Hours: M-F, 8:30am-5pm; Classes as Scheduled with Required Office Hours

But we also have a Schedule section later; maybe we can keep schedule in that section and not duplicate. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine schedule into a short paragraph under Schedule heading. We have schedule info: Standard College Hours: M-F, 8:30am-5pm; Classes as Scheduled with Required Office Hours. That's specific. We also have Work Schedule field in the metadata; we can just use that for Schedule section. Thus we can have:

But note the description had some missing punctuation; we keep as is. Then Responsibilities? Actually the description already covers responsibilities; we could rename About the role to Responsibilities. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's use "Responsibilities" heading for the description. Then Requirements: maybe combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications under Requirements? But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The instructions list possible headings; we can choose which to use. We have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications; we could put them under "Qualifications". Or we could have "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications" as subheadings? But only allowed headings are those listed; we could use "Qualifications" as heading and then list required and preferred within
. However we need to preserve all detail; we can separate required and preferred as separate
with headings inside? But we cannot add extra headings not listed. Could we use

to label "Required Qualifications:" then list? That's okay. Better: Use

      Qualifications

      then

      Required:

        ... then

        Preferred:

... Similarly Skills: we have some skills listed in qualifications (Microsoft Suite, communication, etc). Could be included under Qualifications. Pay:

We also have Special Note about residing in Ohio and commuting distance. That's substantive; we can include under About the Role or maybe a separate note. Could add a paragraph after responsibilities:

Special Note: If hired, you must reside in the state of Ohio and be within commuting distance of this work location/campus to respond to onsite work demands upon the employment start date and throughout the duration of your employment with the College, as outlined in 3354:1-40-01.1 Recruitment and Selection Procedure.

Also mention that it's a full-time tenure track faculty opportunity, selected faculty member could teach at any campus, review of applications begins Oct 26, 2026. That's substantive; we could include under About the Role or a separate section like "Appointment Details". But we don't have a heading for that; we could add a paragraph under About the Role. We must not include application instructions, EEO, etc. We also need to include the info about required documents? That's application instructions, should be removed. Thus final HTML fragment:

Department: Nursing | Location: College-Wide | Reports To: Assoc Dean, Nursing-W&WS | Employment Type: Full-Time Faculty | Union Position: Union
