Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, listen actively to their needs, and provide personalized assistance with bookings, lessons, and tennis gear.
- Assist guests with court reservations and lesson scheduling, offering alternatives and optimizing availability to enhance their experience.
- Stay current on tennis equipment and apparel. Share product knowledge to help guests make informed choices.
- Recommend additional merchandise or services based on guest preferences. Accurately process transactions through the POS system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the tennis shop, restrooms, courts, and viewing areas. Ensure all areas are guest-ready at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, keep displays organized and stocked, and communicate restocking needs to appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure smooth operations and consistently high service standards.
