Responsibilities

• Offering a wide variety of services including casual and fine dining, golf, tennis, pickleball, paddle, ocean-front and lake-front beaches, guest rooms, banquet events, fitness, and other classes and activities.
• Participating in a competitive compensation package which includes:
• Competitive wages
• A $200 referral bonus for the referrer after the referred employee completes 30 days of employment, with the name of the referrer listed in the new employee's application form.
• A retention bonus of $1 for every hour worked between March 1 and October 31 for all seasonal, hourly employees.
• Low-cost housing (limited availability)
• Free meals
• Paid sick time
• 401K plan (based on eligibility)
