About the Role

As a THL Care Coordinator, you will provide therapeutic interventions, case coordination, and resource linkage to clients and involved parties (e.g., family, DCS, Court personnel, non-relative supports) to facilitate needed changes within individuals or families.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a Human Service discipline from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic, community-based treatment environment.
