Responsibilities
- Review tender documents to understand customer requirements and scope
- Prepare accurate, competitive quotations using cost analysis and benchmarks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and commercial inputs
- Manage tender timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time submissions
- Analyze bid opportunities and contribute to bid/no-bid decisions
- Identify and assess risks in bids, contracts, and estimates
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation and perform quality checks
- Engage with customers to clarify requirements and support a positive experience
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bids, or quotation preparation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical and market data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tendering/CRM tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
