About the role
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the tendering process, utilizing expertise in GEM, E-procurement, and various private and government websites.
Responsibilities
- Search for and download new tenders.
- Review and prepare tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of EMD including DD, BG, and NEFT.
- Ensure timely submission of high-quality bids, adhering to tender deadlines.
- Cook up with internal teams to gather necessary information and support bid preparation, as well as to respond to queries.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of tenders, contracts, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor the status of bid tenders daily.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, agreeing on terms and conditions.
- Prepare reports for the head office and maintain Minutes Of Meeting (MOM) for all meetings.
