Tenant Improvement Project Manager

About the Role

Onesta General Contracting is looking for an experienced Tenant Improvement Project Manager to lead commercial and multifamily renovation projects from bid to final walkthrough. This isn't a "manage-from-a-desk" role. You'll be hands-on, in the field, running multiple active projects at once — leading crews, subs, and clients, with a company behind you that runs on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System): clear priorities, clear expectations, no guesswork.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and multifamily renovation projects from bid to final walkthrough
• Run multiple active projects simultaneously in the field
• Lead crews, subcontractors, and clients
• Take ownership of job sites

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in tenant improvement or similar renovation work
• Ability to manage multiple active projects at once
• Hands-on, field-oriented work style
• Strong leadership with subcontractors and crews
• Client-facing communication and relationship skills
• Full accountability for project outcomes

Pay

$95,000 - $135,000 yearly
