About the role
Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a temporary full-time Ultrasound Tech to work with our Diagnostic Imaging Department. The Ultrasound Tech will operate ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic procedures as directed under the direction of the Ultrasound Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the quality of services rendered is acceptable.
- Confirms orders, documents, medical necessity, and pre-authorization on all ultrasound orders.
- Provides care to patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders.
