About the role
The Daily Operations and Student Services Manager is accountable to the Business Leader and Principal for managing the Daily Management and Student Services functions. The role involves daily organisation of TRTs and providing administrative and secretarial services that contribute to the effective operation of the school and achievement of educational outcomes for students. The incumbent has line management responsibilities, coordinates student services staff, and operates autonomously with initiative, discretion, and decision-making aligned with site priorities and whole-system improvement planning.

Effective working hours are at least 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (negotiable). Out-of-hours work is managed in accordance with relevant industrial provisions, and leave conditions apply.
Pay
Classification: SSO03 - SSO Level 3
Salary: $85,566 - $92,870 per annum (full-time equivalent, based on 52 weeks per annum). The salary may differ depending on current employment status with the Department for Education, tenure, and hours per week. Part-time and flexible arrangements will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Undertake daily organisation of TRTs (Temporary Relief Teachers).
- Provide administrative and secretarial services supporting school operations and student outcomes.
- Line management of student services staff, ensuring user-focused service delivery.
- Operate autonomously, exercising initiative and discretion in decision-making aligned with school and system priorities.
