About the role
Support the daily Spa Operations team, including Spa Attendants, Spa Experience Coordinators, and Providers.
Provide leadership and direction for the day to day operations of the Spa with a focus on service and operational logistics.
Connect with guests and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
Work shifts at the Spa arrival desk and retail store.
Sell and communicate with guests all Spa offerings.
Avoid errors in accounting, shift balancing, and cash handling procedures.
Absorb the responsibilities of the Manager-on-Duty as needed.
Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the spa facilities.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily Spa Operations team, including Spa Attendants, Spa Experience Coordinators, and Providers.

Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous experience working in a luxury destination or full service Spa.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish an asset.
- Service focused personality and passion for hospitality.
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
