Temporary Senior Recruiter

About the role

Baker Tilly is seeking a Temporary Senior Recruiter to support our experienced‑hire recruiting team. This role will partner with hiring leaders, manage full life‑cycle recruitment, and source top talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and skilled at building relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life‑cycle recruiting for experienced hires
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs
• Source and identify qualified active and passive candidates
• Screen and assess candidates and present recommendations to hiring managers
• Coordinate and participate in interviews and debrief sessions
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Keep applicant tracking system updated and ensure job postings are accurate
• Lead the offer process, including preparing and extending offers
• Build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth candidate communication and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Three years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm required
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting focused in professional services or agency recruiting preferred
• Experience with recruiting tools/ATS (e.g., workday) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence and impact change by leading individuals in a matrix environment
• Ability to attract and retain talent, proven relationship-building skills, and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environment
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required

Pay

The national pay rate range is $15.97 to $41.
