Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality nursing care within a patient care team. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote positive outcomes.Coordinate care, monitor patient conditions, and maintain accurate documentation.Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns and educating patients and families.Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality and satisfaction.Support professional growth through ongoing training, certifications, and leadership activities.Mentor and foster development of other nursing staff while upholding standards of safety and confidentiality. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelors in Nursing.Current RN license (multi-state compact required).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills. Additional Details: This is a full-time, renewable 13-week contract with AM and PM shift options.
