Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Role Overview Provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies, standards, and philosophy, emphasizing Patient Centered Care. Key Responsibilities Supervises and guides healthcare employees under their supervision.Ensures high-quality patient care across various departments, including maternity, neonatal, and general acute care.Maintains compliance with safety standards and facility policies.Supports a collaborative team environment to deliver exceptional service. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Nursing school; BSN preferred.Minimum of one year acute care experience or successful completion of a specialty course.Current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and ACLS certification (adults).Additional certifications such as PALS or NRP may be required based on department needs.
