This position involves providing high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, contributing to care plans and coordinating patient flow.
• Deliver safe, effective care aligned with policies and procedures, using independent judgment when necessary.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in Nursing.
• Active RN license (Multi-state Compact) and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
