Temporary Registered Nurse - Acute Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.Collaborate with care teams, communicate effectively, and prioritize patient flow to enhance outcomes and satisfaction.Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and promoting family-centered care.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals for quality and satisfaction.Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a positive work environment and upholding professional standards. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelors in Nursing.Current RN license with multi-state endorsement.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
