Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans, applying independent judgment to deliver appropriate interventions.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and promoting patient- and family-centered care to enhance satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and support organizational goals for quality and safety.
• Maintain professional licenses and certifications, stay current with industry best practices, and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Mentor and support colleagues to foster a positive work environment and uphold professional standards.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
• RN license valid in multi-state compact, with all certifications (e.g., BLS) required at hire.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.

Schedule

Full-time hours with various shifts, encompassing a 13-week renewable contract.
