About the role
The TA Recruiter owns the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned clients and roles—partnering with hiring managers to define needs, attract and assess candidates, close offers, and help new hires complete pre-boarding tasks, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including intake sessions, sourcing strategy, post jobs, conduct screenings, coordinate and schedule interviews, manage selection, offer negotiations, close offers, and finalize pre-boarding tasks.
- Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and tailored recruitment, interview, and advertisement plans.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, colleges, community hiring events, etc.) and manage pipelines.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking system (ATS), boolean search, and other established and unique tools and sources.
- Create targeted outreach campaigns to attract passive talent.
- Conduct structured phone/video screens and coordinate interview feedback.
- Advise on offer recommendations, compensation alignment, and closing strategies.
- Ensure accurate ATS documentation and compliance with hiring practices.
- Analyze and track recruiting metrics / KPIs and adjust strategy to meet or exceed hiring goals and to report on recruitment progress.
- Actively contributes to process improvements, employer branding, and candidate experience initiatives.
- Maintain candidate and hiring manager satisfaction ratings through survey feedback.
- Manage recruitment projects as assigned while maintaining full recruiting workload.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication.
- Experience using sourcing and recruiting tools such as ATS, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Ability to assess talent against role requirements and coach hiring teams.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision/direction.
- Works well with deadlines and prioritizes workload.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Experience recruiting within technology / data center industry.
- In-depth understanding of current federal, state, and local employment/labor laws and regulations.
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written.

Pay
$25 per hour.
Schedule
Monday-Friday normal business hours - 40 hours per week.
