Temporary Recruiter

About the role

This 6‑month‑long Temporary Recruiter position is ideal for a seasoned recruiter who enjoys filling both technical and non‑technical roles in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting across all divisions (Sales to Engineering).
• Meet with division managers to take a consultative approach to recruiting and source candidates to their standards.
• Build relationships and communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 3+ years of managing full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
• Treat others with respect and compassion.
• Self‑motivated strategic thinker with a proven track record of working both independently and collaboratively.
