Job Summary

The Engineering Deans Office is currently seeking a Temporary Office Support to join their team of professionals.

Duties

  • Provides clerical and administrative support to an office/department/center.
  • Affords assistance with the day-to-day operational activities of the office/department/center.
  • Performs front desk duties such as answering and routing telephone calls, handling customer inquiries, and redirecting, as necessary.
  • Solves routine problems using pre-existing guidelines and procedures.
  • Executes general routine clerical tasks, such as preparing routine documents, basic correspondence from templates, or existing form letters.
  • Schedules appointments and meetings.
  • Assists with travel arrangements.
  • Assists with basic event operations, as needed.
  • Sorts and distributes mail.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies.
  • Maintains and updates basic databases.

Minimum Qualifications

Monday-Friday
9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Advertised Salary

$15.00-$22.00 per hour.
