The InQbation Lab (The Q) Marketing & Community Manager
Hours
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday)
Pay
$31.00 per hour

Qualifications
- Experience in marketing and communications
- Ability to develop original content on innovation and entrepreneurship
- Experience with digital marketing channels (website, newsletters, social media platforms)
- Experience with event coordination and management
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of INVO’s and The Q’s Integrated Marketing and Communications strategy
- Tactical development of marketing and communications content campaigns
- Create original content on innovation and entrepreneurship and pitch to media partners
- Pitch to potential donors and alumni
- Ideate and implement community-building initiatives across digital channels and in-person events
- Coordinate photography personnel, internal/external freelance writers, and contractors
Schedule
Some evening and/or weekend hours may be necessary, as dictated by programmatic responsibilities.
