About the role
This position will provide daily maintenance of the property and facilities to serve participants and guests visiting the Penn 4-H Center.
Responsibilities
- Repair cabins, classrooms and other common areas as needed.
- Mow, leaf blow and maintain grounds.
- Follow all state risk management policies, NCSU regulations and center guidelines.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate different groups on site.
Requirements
- Training and experience in groundskeeping and/or skilled trades.
- Valid driver’s license with a valid NC Driver's License.
Qualifications
Experience with groundskeeping (mowing, trimming, leaf blowing) and/or skilled trades (plumbing, carpentry, electrical) is preferred.
Skills
A positive attitude, professionalism and the ability to work independently and follow directions are essential.

Schedule
Hours/days will vary per week depending on the type of groups on site. A schedule will be provided by the supervisor.
