About the role

The Project Coordinator will support the execution and day-to-day operations of the Firm’s Demand Management and Project Portfolio processes during a temporary coverage period. This role will work closely with the Senior Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to coordinate intake, portfolio reporting, and governance activities across IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the successful and timely delivery of smaller initiatives.
  • Participate in project discovery and governance meetings and propose improvements, if necessary.
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project scope, timeline, meeting minutes and emails.
  • Aid in the maintenance of department templates, records and resources, including team intranet and project team sites.
  • Provide additional administrative project support, as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to push back and manage expectations professionally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pragmatic, self-disciplined and organized.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in an individual and team-oriented setting.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze problems, interpret operational needs and develop collaborative solutions.
