About the role
The Project Coordinator will support the execution and day-to-day operations of the Firm’s Demand Management and Project Portfolio processes during a temporary coverage period. This role will work closely with the Senior Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to coordinate intake, portfolio reporting, and governance activities across IT initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the successful and timely delivery of smaller initiatives.
- Participate in project discovery and governance meetings and propose improvements, if necessary.
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project scope, timeline, meeting minutes and emails.
- Aid in the maintenance of department templates, records and resources, including team intranet and project team sites.
- Provide additional administrative project support, as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to push back and manage expectations professionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Pragmatic, self-disciplined and organized.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in an individual and team-oriented setting.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate across cross-functional teams.
