Temporary Hybrid Commercial Contracts Attorney

About the role

A large fortune 500 company is seeking a temporary Commercial Contracts attorney to draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including, SAAS agreements, Service agreements, purchase agreements, etc. If you enjoy collaborating with teams in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including, SAAS agreements, Service agreements, purchase agreements, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on contract terms and objectives.
• Provide legal advice and support to business units on contractual matters.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting commercial contracts.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial law setting.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for technology and the ability to understand and adapt to new technologies.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
• Knowledge of intellectual property laws and best practices.
• Understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Candidate must be able to be on site 3 days a week in the Twin Cities office.
