Commercial Contract Attorney (In-House hybrid)

Commercial Contracts Attorney (Hybrid / Part-Time In-House Counsel) Latitude is seeking an experienced commercial contracts attorney for a part-time engagement opportunity to support the General Counsel of a prominent multimedia company. Applicants must have extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of commercial and technology contracts, including software vendor agreements, and AI-related agreements. In addition, the role will involve developing contract templates for the business teams to improve consistency and efficiency. Requirements for the Commercial Contracts Attorney (Hybrid / Part-Time In-House Counsel): 7+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing technology, software vendor agreements, and related commercial contracts Experience developing and implementing contract templates and playbooks In-house experience is preferred Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills Licensed to practice law in state of residence Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school Outstanding professional references Position Details of the Commercial Contracts Attorney (Hybrid / Part-Time In-House Counsel): Type of role: Contract engagement Schedule: Part-Time (approximately 15 hours/week) Location: Hybrid (at least once/week in Minneapolis office) Timing: August Compensation Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $170,000 to $200,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
