Responsibilities
- Support Open Enrollment activities, including system preparation and project tracking
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports, including weekly payroll reports, backup 403(b) check request reports, quarterly turnover reports, and data audits
- Provide support, configuration, security administration, and ongoing maintenance for iCIMS and UKG
- Support UKG testing, go-live activities, post-go-live monitoring, and corrections
- Support Infor system releases, including April and October updates
- Process and support approvals related to new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations within Infor
- Sustain departmental OKRs
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience with system administration and reporting tools
- Experience with Infor, UKG, and iCIMS strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Planner, Outlook, and Word
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
