Temporary Health Center Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Temporary Health Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy health center. Reporting to the Director of Health Center Operations, this role is responsible for supporting staff, monitoring operational performance, managing workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive patient and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day health center operations and staff support
• Monitor productivity, patient volume, and operational metrics
• Supervise non-licensed team leads and support employee development
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, staffing, quality improvement, and compliance initiatives
• Oversee scheduling templates, inventory, facilities coordination, and cash management processes
• Address patient concerns and support risk management activities
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, and other departments to support health center operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Healthcare operations experience preferred
• 3-7 years of supervisory or staff management experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
