Temporary Employee Pool
Motlow State Community College is accepting applications for temporary support staff positions at any of its four campuses. Positions are contingent upon funding availability and budget approval.
About the role
This application is for a variety of positions across different campuses. Hiring committees will review applicants based on the specific needs of each location.
Responsibilities
- Offer support to staff, faculty, and administrators.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications vary based on the specific position. However, all applicants should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills with a focus on initiative and duty execution aligned with the college's mission.
- Strong computer skills including database management, word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
- Knowledge of current office procedures and efficient organizational, prioritization, scheduling, and time management strategies.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality of protected information.
- Understanding and application of customer service principles and practices in a higher education environment.
Preferred Qualifications
