Temporary Donor Recruitment Associate
Job Summary
Aid in blood drive management, cover account manager vacancies, perform ad hoc tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Support account managers to ensure blood drives meet their goals through activities such as on-site recruitment and presentations.
- Oversee and keep records using Hemasphere online recruitment and scheduling systems to manage blood drives effectively.
- Offer routine support and guidance to blood drive coordinators to help them achieve their goals.
- Schedule educational programs for sponsors, recruitment committees, line volunteers, and volunteer telerecruiters.
- Cover vacant territories and collaborate with local volunteers and leadership on blood drive management as needed.
- Maintain accurate records to track and provide statistical data on sponsor group performance.
- Utilize tools and strategies provided by the organization to improve customer service, efficiency, and productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
- Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills, and the ability to support program implementation are preferred. Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively are required. Good oral and written communication skills, including training and presentation skills, are strongly preferred.
- Responsibilities: Provide own transportation for business purposes. A current valid driver's license and good driving record are required. Must be able to work on a team and travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Preferred Skills: Sales or marketing experience.
Benefits
